“My first exposure to this medicine occurred when I was growing up and saw my mom go through the years of unnecessary medications that left her in a state of mental fog, emotional stagnation and extreme fatigue. She found an Acupuncturist who put her on a liver cleanse along with Acupuncture treatments and was able to get her off of all of her medications. Long story short, I got my mom back and she continues to be one of the inspirations of my life! This had a huge impact on me and I fell in love with this amazing medicine!
My interests involve any rigorous outdoors activities; hiking, backpacking, camping, skiing, snowboarding, rock climbing, cycling, swimming. I love Mexican, Italian food and enjoy cooking at home with fresh organic ingredients. My family is extraordinarily important to me and I consider some of my closest friends as family!”

Lillian L. Lee, Ph.D, LAc, Dipl. OM.
Lillian Lee is an acupuncturist and herbalist licensed to practice in the State of Washington. She is certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) as an Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist
Lillian graduated from UC Davis with a bachelors in Biological Sciences and soon entered the school’s doctorate program. She completed her graduate studies at Davis, publishing several papers and receiving a Ph.D in the field of Pharmacology & Toxicology. Her specific focus in this broad field was the treatment of traumatic brain injury.
With her doctorate complete, Lillian decided to pursue Oriental medicine, a lifelong interest first sparked by her mother’s example. She studied for two and a half years at SBCOM in Santa Barbara before transferring up to Bastyr University in Seattle. She completed her Masters at Bastyr.
After earning her Masters, Lillian was accepted into Bastyr’s competitive residency program, where she remained for another year. She then switched roles to an Adjunct Faculty, and she continues to work as both a professor on the main campus, and as a clinical supervisor at the school’s clinic.
Lillian is excited to be a part of the growing Pinnacle Acupuncture family. She especially enjoys the wide variety of patients she sees at Pinnacle Acupuncture, who bring a wealth of stories and life experiences into the clinic environment.
Lillian has a profound love for the outdoors, and on a given off-day you might find her running laps around Green Lake, walking at the Zoo, exploring downtown, or hiking up in the surrounding mountains. Her love of competitive running in particular has spurred an enchantment with the East African countries of Ethiopia and Kenya. She hopes to not only visit those places one day, but to adopt a child from there to become a sister or brother for her son Desmond.
