How it works

For each person you refer you will receive credit on your account for use towards an acupuncture treatment or supplements. The more people you refer the more we express our appreciation for you with additional goods and services as outlined below.

• 5 referrals: Receive a Pinnacle Acupuncture T-shirt and a $100 credit on your account towards Acupuncture treatment or supplements.
• 10 referrals: Receive a complimentary 60-minute therapeutic massage tailored to your health concerns and a $100 credit on your account towards Acupuncture treatment or supplements.
• 15 referrals: Receive a gift certificate worth $150 for dinner for two at Mona’s Bistro Lounge. Mona’s restaurant provides a romantic setting with an emphasis on bringing their guests the finest Mediterranean cuisine, classic and signature cocktails, as well as an extensive international wine list. They use only the freshest local and seasonal organic ingredients. You will also receive a $100 credit on your account towards Acupuncture treatment or supplements

Limitations

You must be a current patient or have completed a course of treatment at Pinnacle Acupuncture & Associates.

To qualify, each of your referred individuals must schedule a follow up treatment following their initial complimentary visit. Earned gift certificates and credit earned for each referral cannot be substituted for cash or other services other than those outlined in the program.
